For a few years now, making "potions" has been my favorite way to spend an afternoon with my kids — watching something fizz, change color, or glow, and seeing that spark of whoa, I made that happen. Along the way they've picked up real scientific principles, a love for the garden, and a little more of that childhood magic that's so easy to lose.
Every kit is built to give your family that same afternoon — without you having to do any of the homework on what's safe for your kids, your garden, or the planet. I've already done that part.

The magic behind the makery.
Little Meadow Makery started where most good things do — in a backyard, with dirt under my fingernails and two curious kids at my side. Our potion afternoons became the thing we all looked forward to: a little science, a little mess, a lot of magic.
The hard part was always the research — figuring out what was truly safe for my kids, gentle on the garden, and kind to the environment. So I did all of it, and packed the answers into kits any family can pick up and enjoy. Every one is grown, mixed, and tied up by hand, right here in Frederick.
